We have the right to cancel any order at any time.

Shipping only to the domestic 48 States to a physical address! If you are in HI/PR/PO BOX/GU/APO/FPO/etc, shipping may be more, contact us for a details.

All orders placed with Nakoshi (phone, internet/web & e-mail) constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on Nakoshi. All digital and physical products shall remain the property of Nakoshi until paid for in full. All orders shipped to a California address must pay state, county & city sales tax as required by the California State Board of Equalization. In the event that an order placed on the web does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to a California address, Nakoshi will calculate the sales tax when the order is processed and call or e-mail the customer with the new amount.

All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. Nakoshi will not be responsible for pricing errors and may cancel the order.

All Credit Card Orders will ONLY be shipped to a verified Billing Address. Credit Card and Paypal orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. All other orders (check, money order, & gift certificate) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and cleared. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days.

All weights shown for products are used for shipping calculations only and may not reflect actual weight of the product. Shipping offers only apply to a physical address in the continental United States.

Returns: All returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days from receipt of the product, no exceptions. Items returned/exchanged must be in new unused condition in original factory packaging. There is absolutely no returns on items that have been used, scratched, defaced, or missing parts. A 30% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed. To make a return or exchange, please contact us by email hello@nakoshi.com or contact your Account Manager directly.

All special orders (personalized/customized) items must be paid in full at the time of order. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible. However, Nakoshi will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items.

WARRANTY: No warranty whatsoever will be given if the defect was caused by customers' abuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper installation. All products and merchandise sold by Nakoshi is only subject to manufacturer warranty, if any. Warranty items are subject to submission to the manufacturers for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts. All warranties, expressed or implied, are done by the manufacturer of the product/goods and not by Nakoshi.

Nakoshi with FedEx, UPS and USPS. We only ship to your billing address and confirmed PayPal address. All weights shown for products are used for shipping calculations only and may not reflect actual weight of the product. Free shipping offers only apply to a physical address in the continental United States.

Payments: We accept PayPal/Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express. Your billing address and shipping address must match the address on file with your financial institution. PayPal must be a confirmed address.
